The worst Lowe’s I’ve been to I came into get carpet, none of the 3 associates could cut the carpet. 2 of the 3 said they’d call someone who could, the 3rd ran away and hid. Waited about 30 minutes before giving up and left.
Gave this crappy store a 2nd chance for wire shelving. Nearly the same outcome as with the carpet, left empty handed about 20 minutes later after 3 associates said they’d call someone could use the shears, they’d call someone, never did.
I’ll take my business to HD, or if I’m unlucky enough to need to match a Lowe’s product, I’ll have to go to a different store, that employs competent associates

I will continue going to Lowe's because I like the company however my experience at this particular Lowe's was very stressful. They have contractor sales people dressed in Lowe's Uniforms doing the hard cell on customers And since I forgot my Lowe's card I had a terrible time getting them to recognize me in their system in order to get the 5% discount. The lady helping me was talking at such a speed that I could not keep up and made for a very stressful experience. I felt like an idiot but then another associate explained that she had given me the wrong QR code which was not for purchasing items. My Lowe's account could also not be identified with my phone number or my name and ID and the online account wasnt easy to use even for the employees . I don't think this is the fault of the employees but a problem with this particular stores management and training and systems since I have not had problems with other stores.
