  I am giving this 5 star rating based on my last 2 visits to the Lowe's Garden Center. Each time the only available sales associate was the cashier. Both times I needed assistance I fully expected to be told that they couldn't leave their post. Instead they willingly, with a great customer service attitude, assisted me then checked me out. Regretfully I didn't note the female Sales Associate's name, but the young man's name was Remington. Thanks to both.

  Wagies have zero knowledge or insight about whatever project you’re working on. If you ask them where to find something they give you attitude. Aggressive solar salesmen disguised as Lowe’s employees. I hate big box hardware stores.

  I’m putting up a review for my Local Lowe’s. I do agree Lows has some selections and inexpensive specially from Home;Depot however, I shop at both locations not only for pricing also for availability. I had an encounter with a Customer Service rep. I had a encounter with a Customer Service rep. Her name starts with a letter K. I am not going to put people‘s names up, however I ordered some items from Schluter and I set it up for a pick up. I get there one item said it was going to take five days to deliver, even though they had it on the shelf, but their computer showed it wasn’t on the shelf and the reason why I bought online and not from the store was to get a five dollar discount. That is how cheap I am to save five dollars I get into the store. I speak to the customer service representative and I told her that both items are in stock because I purchased it a day before then she asked me how can she can help me I told her I just got done explaining to you what my situation is I wanna walk out of the store with both of the items in hand. I don’t wanna wait the extra five days to get it. She said OK I’ll go ahead and I’ll cancel the order and I’ll open up a new order and I’ll give you your five dollars she went ahead did the total opposite of what she said she cancels the order doesn’t wanna give me my five dollar discount even though the thousands of dollars we spend in our local hardware store I didn’t like her tone of voice and her tone of voice was. I owe this young lady something even though I’m the consumer buying a product from my local hardware store I get upset and I ask for a manager this other Hispanic young lady comes in and says I’m going to help you now go ahead and explain it to me. I said I’m not in the mood to explain anymore. I’m done explaining get me a supervisor. Her tone of voice from a three goes to a nine and starts yelling at me and arguing with me even though I’m the consumer buying a product from my local hardware store makes me more furious. Is she talks with her fingers and she’s telling me to get out of the store while she’s disrespecting me and then I get this football player standing next to me like he was going to hit a 58-year-old man who happens to be 5 foot tall. This guy stood there and I asked him for a manager and he said the manager is on its way even though he doesn’t wanna de-escalate the situation not even helping me with my situation stood there trying to protect the girls from a 58-year-old man happens to be 5 foot tall. I was so belittled and embarrassed by these people that I will do my best to avoid returning something to meet these two people ever again, but the disrespect the rudeness entitlement that the consumer owes them something. The reason why I’m writing this is when the manager got there 30 minutes later I actually got what I was in there for even though these girls could’ve just done it 30 minutes before and got me out of the store however they were going to help me and they were gonna give me my product and they didn’t do anything for me besides disrespecting an old man that’s buying items from their store the Tall Whyte young lady we will color Miss K walks away, doesn’t even help even though I ask for her name she goes into the break room and takes her break without finishing the customer in hand. Then I had to wait 15 minutes in order for the manager to go get me her name she was entitled not to give me her name so I can write a review and file a complaint against them. Just letting you know that so-called Customer Service at this hardware location try to avoid.

  I was at this store today. The staff, with the exception of the lady at the register, all ignored me. I’m talking about 4 staff in the garden and plant section. I was disappointed.

  A simple errand of trying to get propane is not simple here. They bottleneck the process by only having self checkout but you still need an employee to ring it up for you. Then not having an employee available to help at the locked cages after you have already paid. Very frustrating to have to wait outside for 25 minutes for no one that is coming. So, it just becomes faster to go get a refund and go somewhere else.
