The staff member Mary was amazing. I went down to pick up an item unfortunately it was sold before I got there. Mary was quick to assist, she apologized for the item being sold but did a wonderful job reaching out to other locations to make sure I was able to get my product asap. She is a great asset to the store and really treats her customers with care.

Better hold on to your receipt because they won't even give you a store credit if you don't have the receipt. I was trying to return an item that was less than $5 and they refused to give me a store credit without the receipt. Apparently the item has to be linked to your credit card. I know about a month ago I was going back and forth with some returns for a piece that I needed so this $4 and change item was linked to a return, not my cc. I'd rather take the drive a little farther to Home Depot instead of dealing with these people. They also don't cut plywood for you like Home Depot does. You just lost a customer for a measly $5 item. You can do better Lowe's.

Came in with my greyhound today and the staff were so lovely and helpful. Plus, their indoor plant selection was excellent!! So many rare plants and some I’ve never seen before. All different sizes too! Will definitely be coming back.

First off, I want to say for years everybody at this location has always been great. I have not a single negative thing to say about any in-store experiences for all my projects, including my refrigerator, washer and dryer purchases.
Online ordering was a disaster for me though. If you're reading this, know the following has NOTHING to do with the in-store employees. I was charged the original total, which was almost $1000. Then they returned that. Then they did four more transactions all separate amounts, three of which did in fact total the correct price, but an additional fourth one which was over $600. 2 days of three seperate phone calls of either untrained or uneducated customer reps, and then a fourth one where when I asked for a supervisor, I was disconnected, I finally had to file a dispute with my bank. It wouldn't be so bad if this was simply handled and mistakes could just be simply acknowledged instead of people who become insanely confused by the simplicity of the situation. Terrible terrible experience. Will never make an online order again with Lowes. Minus 5 star review by me.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
