Still no joy. Over 6 weeks past the dishwasher first leaking. Had to threaten litigation to even get a call back back. They are still stalling.
Assurant, Inc. is the partner that handles protection plans, extended warranties and support services for Lowe's Companies, Inc. they
are deep in the middle of this.
Lowes Store #0397 Major Dishwasher Install Problem & Lack of Warranty Service Lowe's Companies, Inc.
As of this date and time the problem has not been addressed, To my or my wife's satisfaction.
-An extended warranty on an appliance is insurance, if there is a problem it should be repaired or replaced within the warranty period.
Timeline:
-Bosch Dishwasher leaked after about 4 years, still fully under 5 year warranty.
-Appliance Repair Person could not remove dishwasher said it was our problem to remove it. We had originally paid to have Lowe's own installers do the install.
-An email back to us from Lowes said our dishwasher was "Improperly installed".
-Attempt to return Dishwasher was declined even though improper installation from day one.
-So far we had to order a new dishwasher with install cost and a new warranty.
-$1200.00 Bill for dishwasher removal after floor demolition and floor repair on ceramic tile.
-I will not go into other damage issues here.

This Lowe’s absolutely helped me out from beginning to end. It was amazing how great customer service I was provided.
I was getting a new outdoor area for my new place. Black stone, outdoor rugs, a ton of plants and flowers.

Cory the manager had time to ask if he could help. I had a return. The return associate was busy helping an older couple place a big shipping order. Cory hopped over to help them as well. After Cory was done helping them (after asking me if he could help me), I asked if he could just hop on a computer so i could make two small returns. But no, he couldnt help. He said i could keep waiting. And he fluttered off. WHY ASK IF HE COULD HELP ME IF HE HAD NO INTEREST IN HELPING ME??

Nearly everything is in a cage and locked up. Came in for quick trip to pick up a lockbox couldn’t find because cage is not easy to see through. Had to go back to front desk to ask for location. Get there and button next to cage to get service is broken. Instead of going all the way back up front I called the store to just ask someone to meet me in aisle. All AI. Ask for front desk , it won’t quit repeating what can I help you with and never connects me to anyone who can help. Eventually did enough waving jumping jacks to get someone’s attention to help unlock the cage.
I have two separate Lowe’s cards and will be canceling because what is going on customer service is at zero.
If you have 45 min to kill for what should take 5min this is the place!

Was looking for a particular bird seed that I had on my phone snapshotted and this guy bent over backwards to help me. He actually worked at the one on West Washington. He told me about the inventory that they didn't have that they I could get at the Lowe's in centennial. He went above and beyond. I wish I would have gotten his name. The guy at Washington was very helpful. It was a pleasant experience at both places
