I go to Lowe’s regularly but after my visit today I felt the need to leave a review and give credit to an amazing young man named Edgar. I needed to have some plywood cut and he went above and beyond. He was so helpful, accurate in his cuts, and was pleasant. Whenever I need to get wood cut I dread it bc people are usually very rude about it. But Edgar was far from rude. He deserves some recognition for his outstanding customer service.

Over the July 4th Holiday, we visited Lowe’s located near Farm and Durango. We were looking for new fridge options. We were acknowledged and helped by Sales Specialist Yessi I. Yessi was awesome. Very knowledgeable, honest, and helpful. She took the time to explain / research options and we enjoyed a very nice conversation and she impressed us with her personal skills. Great experience and we felt fortunate that Yessi was working that day. Thank you!

Just STOP with the solar salespeople! Solar is NOT an impulse buy! I'm not heading to my nearby Lowe's for a bucket of paint just to decide on the spot that I want to spend $20,000 on an overpriced solar system. ALSO, to the rude salesman who followed us and then harassed us... We aren't "scared" of you. We are ANNOYED by you. Big difference! Take your lanyard and tablet and find a real job that actually helps people.

Went to Lowe’s to buy a battery-operated lawn trimmer (saw online), a store associate told me that item was not available in store. He strongly recommended a Kobalt electric trimmer. I bought it home but didn’t use it about 3 weeks later. It was hard to operate, string wore short in seconds and it won’t advance as manual stated. I tried to open the cover and failed due to it was stuck in place. Switched my electricity-operated trimmer and got job done, a week and a half later, when I planted to mow lawn again I remembered that the new battery-operated trimmer is not working. J took it back to Lowe’s store and was told it was purchased 32 days ago, passed 30-day return period, the worker at customer service told me to contact Kobalt. I could not find a customer service number for Kobalt in their website and neither on the user manual. Apparently, Lowe’s sold me a defect product and refused to replace or refund. Kobalt made a poor quality tool and has super poor customer service . Never shop Lowe’s again. The Home Depot is a better place for any tools or home improvement/maintains,
