- VKVegas KarenApr 16, 20262.0DON'T LET THEM DUMP YOUR WATER BEFORE TEST IS COMPLETED AND PRINTED FROM THE COMPUTER!!! Some of the staff is incompetent. I love Travis and I've never had a bad experience with him. Went there today with Jess and she threw out my water bottle before the test was completed and she said the computer didn't save my results. There was no water left to retest since she dumped it and I had to drive all the way back home to get more water. Not going back to this location. They should have at least offered me maybe even a 5 or 10 dollar credit for my time and gas but nothing. Going to try a different Leslie's location even though this one is closest to me. Update: I went back to this location again today April 27th to give them a second chance, but this time their machine is totally down and can't test my pool water. Two strikes and you're out. Do better Leslie's Pool.
- TFTom FriedmanJan 21, 20265.0My pool motor was dead so I brought it in with the pump and Russel helped me get the parts I needed to fix the system. I brought it home, installed it, and it leaked. Its easy to leave a good review when things go as planned, but its important to know how a business does when a part doesn't work as its supposed to. Russel pulled apart the pump and changed a seal - no charge. The new motor is running great now, and no leaks. Thank-you Russel!

Not only did Russell help me take apart the pump, he identified the seal pack I purchased online had all the wrong sizes. He showed me the seals o needed to purchase, helped me install them, overall saving me hours of work, confusion, and frustration! This will always be my go to Leslie’s; they take the time to help out the novice pool equipment DIY’er! Thanks Russell!!!

I love the free water testing and no overselling of their products. The store is full of many products, making it a little crowded, but I actually like it! It feels like if you need it, they’ll have it!
