We waited patiently for assistance, yet the lead sales associate, Randy, repeatedly ignored us while helping customers who arrived after we did. Not only were we never acknowledged, but it felt as though our time and business simply did not matter. As a lead sales associate, Randy should be setting the standard for customer service, not demonstrating how to disregard customers who are waiting. A simple greeting or acknowledgment would have gone a long way, but we received neither. Customer service is about treating people with respect and fairness. Unfortunately, that was completely lacking during our visit. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this location and will think twice before returning.
