  Terrible customer service. Not nearly as helpful as they used to be. I’ve always tried to avoid going to the home depot or lowe’s but now Im going to have to in order to get the help I am looking for. Absolutely disappointed with the new management here.

  Wow, terrible change in service and quality. Old manager Matt has left and now their store policies have suddenly changed...had a part that failed in less than 10 months. They refused to test or replace it, when Matt had in the past. New associates were super agressive too. Plenty of other pool stores in town and I will definitely not be coming back

  Franky was absolutely amazing! I was putting a waterfall pool fountain in for my son and i broke a crucial piece Franky knew exactly what I needed and it worked better then the original piece that was in the pool for year It was so brittle it fell apart I was in and out in less then 5 minutes I kid you not everybody was so nice we really appreciate it it was an amazing experience cus when this thing turned on it made my day so if you're in the area and in need of some pool supplies come see Franky he will treat you like family 10/10 service

  This Leslie's location is a overall good store. The store is clean and is the best stocked location in the greater Las Vegas valley. The staff have always been friendly and quickly perform my routine water tests while I shop. The prices though, like any pool supply store, are quite high, like very high, but if you need it right now, they're the most likely ones to have it.
