  Kassie and Mary were absolutely incredible to work with! They walked us through the whole process and gave great tips and ideas on how we can achieve our vision for our living room. Normally when we walk into a furniture store, we expect some level of pushy sales tactics to get us to buy something. However, working with Kassie did not feel like that at all. She has a very welcoming personality that felt like we were working with a close friend and she knew exactly what we were envisioning with our space. Mary did a fantastic job creating our space virtually and taking our vision to the next level. With her expertise, we were able to not only find the right size and style of couch, but tie in the fabrics and colors that fit our space the best. If you're in the market for a great quality La-Z-Boy couch, I highly recommend working with Kassie and Mary. Their knowledge, experience, and professionalism truly shined when we met with them and we're very excited to received our new couch!

  Had a great experience buying couches and recliners at La-Z-Boy! Chris took his time helping us select exactly what we wanted, for both style and comfort, as well as the fabric and leather that matched our style. He and Mary came to our house for an in-house consultation, building a 3D rendering to help us visualize our selections in the space while also providing additional options for consideration. We had a fabulous time looking through the fabrics, and our chihuahua loved helping Mary take measurements. There was no upsell pressure, just transparency on pricing options. Looking forward to our new furniture and would absolutely shop here again!

  Love my new La-Z-Boy chair!! Cost a little more than others but the quality and warranty makes it well worth it in the long term! Sharkey at the Flamingo store was awesome to work with. No pressure furniture sales for the win! Highly recommend you ask for her if you’re looking at La Z Boy for your next furniture piece!

  We’ve had a great experience with the help of our sales associate Alyssa. Big shout out to her. She helped us find the right sofa and loveseat. She’s very knowledgeable and helpful without being “pushy”. I felt very comfortable with her like shopping with a friend. We receive our La-Z-Boy tomorrow & very excited! Would highly recommend this place for quality furniture that will last for years to come.
