I am very happy with the service at Extra Storage Space. The ladies at front desk are consistently helpful, eager to do whatever they can to ensure full customer satisfaction. I honestly don't see such good service around anymore. Today I had to get into my storage without the app, as my phone was stolen several days prior. I was super nervous about how the process would go, but the manager on duty was an absolute star--I was able to get in immediately with no issues. All the questions were answered, and she was able to help me with something not even related to my storage unit. This type of care deserves return business and great praise. I am super thankful and happy to have chosen Extra Storage Space for my needs.

I reserved a unit online late last night, and first thing this morning, Tiffany called me to follow up. She proactively gave me all the information I needed before I even stepped foot on the property, which made the whole process incredibly smooth.
