I had such a great experience at the Extra Space Storage on Dewey and Rainbow! The Training Manager and Manager were absolutely amazing. Their customer service was some of the best I’ve experienced...friendly, professional, patient, and genuinely willing to help. They made everything easy and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. It’s hard to find customer service like this anymore! I highly recommend this location. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had a great experience at Extra Space Storage, and Kym was absolutely amazing! She was friendly, professional, patient, and very helpful throughout the entire process. She made everything easy to understand and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. You can tell she genuinely cares about providing great customer service. I really appreciate all of her help and would definitely recommend Extra Space Storage, especially because of the excellent service from Kym!

Great service, never had any issues with them. They use an app to be able to open the gate and doors to your unit. Representatives always were a good help.
Only wish the gate hours were 24hrs, it is only open from 6am to 10pm.

I had a wonderful experience speaking with Tiffany regarding my parents’ storage unit. My parents have been loyal customers for over 15 years, and I called to resolve an issue with their monthly payment.
Tiffany was incredibly patient, kind, and professional throughout the entire conversation. She took the time to clearly explain how the storage rates increase over time, which helped me better understand the situation.
