If I could give this company a ZERO star I would!!! Worst experience ever. I had my storage unitI for many years I was informed that if I moved out before the 18th of the month then I wouldn’t be charged the $229. I was out of there on the 16th of March and on the 23rd they still debited my bank account. I have been fighting with the manager and their billing department for my refund and they are refusing to help. They claim I was never charged even though I showed them my bank statement showing I was. Extra space storage is fraudulent and at 71 years old this is elder abuse and I’m thinking the only solution is to sue them.
