I told my situation and without me asking I was offered a promotion which allowed me to pay exactly 10 times less than what I anticipated. Exactly 10 times less. I was shocked to find a brand new looking space facility with an incredible manager (Jorge) on site. Jorge picked up from where my phone call with another representative was left. Jorge helped me to navigate to my unit for the first time and showed around. It was not even 15 minutes from the moment I was stock with an issue in unfamiliar neighborhood until my very unusual cargo has crossed the line of my newly rented storage at Extra Space. Extra Space set up an incredibly high line of client care, record keeping, and availability of the right option which perfectly fit my need. Thank you Jorge, thank you Extra Space Storage
