Michelle assisted us in obtaining a better storage unit, and I cannot thank her enough for her help.
As a disabled veteran, I was not aware when I signed my lease that I had been assigned an interior unit located on the second floor. After realizing the difficulty this would create, I called the local office and Michelle answered the phone. I explained my situation, and she immediately took the time to listen and look for a solution.
Fortunately, a drive-up unit had just become available, and Michelle went above and beyond to help us secure it. Her willingness to assist and her genuine concern made a tremendous difference.
This experience was refreshing because, unfortunately, we have all encountered situations where it is easier for someone to say, “There’s nothing available” rather than take the extra step to help. Michelle chose to help.
I would like to commend Michelle for her outstanding customer service and professionalism. More importantly, her actions reflected who she is as a person—someone who genuinely cares about others and is willing to go the extra mile to make a positive difference in her community.

Walked in with some RV storage questions and MICHELLE was absolutely exceptional!
