Attempted to rent a unit on Sunday. I called to confirm details, specifically that we would be able to move in that day. I was told that I would be able to no problem so I paid for the unit and headed over. Upon arrival, my code didn’t work and the unit I rented was locked. After several unanswered calls I finally managed to get a hold of customer service. I was told the only option they had was to cancel my rental at that specific location. I would have to go through this process all over again for a new unit at another location. I asked if they could make sure I would be able to get into that new unit and not run into this same problem. They said no.
I ended up finding a much better facility!

Since ive been renting a storage unit from them i have given them no reason to be harassing me! Today i went to my unit and some white guy and black guy follows me to my unit and pretends to be checking a unti right across from mine. After acting dumb they walk away talking very low! I leave and come back and soon as i come back the black follows me again to my unit checking the same empty unit while looking into my business! Im done renting from them since they wanna harass a good customer! When asking if anyone was in office white guy had an attitude about it saying why? In a rude way. Like both need to calm down. Your just managing a storage facility! Acting like your tough or you just mad that your career isnt so tough like you wanna try being! Very unpleasant experience today.
