Shady tactics from this location with forced costs and not honoring the prices they have online. forced insurance on the units without me being able to remove the costs.
I was very straight forward that I do not need the insurance and that I want this removed and they kept the insurance on the units to charge me again for this cost for month two.
As well as the cost of the online promotion was not true as the true out the door price is higher with hidden fees. We had to get two units and they are charging me separate costs even though they were signed up on the same day.
Pick a different location as you can see that they have been getting many negative reviews recently and it’s a newer building.
Will give an update on what happens when I speak to manager for the issues see if they will take care of the concerns we have.

I had a fantastic experience, only needed storage for a few months but it was so easy to set up so easy to move in, so easy to do the move out process very well priced I would easily recommend this to anybody or use it again myself if I ever needed.

Something weird is going on throughout this storage rental complex. I called and complained while ago about the swamp coolers being purposefully turned off across all second floor units and this has still not been resolved. I will file a class action lawsuit against this company if I find that my sensitive electronics have been destroyed. What am I paying for if the whole entire second floor has climate control turned off?

This is going to be a rant. It took 4 month for off shore to asses and try to fix my online account. They still can’t fix it. Their “customer service is absolutely terrible. They placate you to the tune of never helping you get what you need.
Honestly the absolute worst experience ever.
Now when I am inconvenienced by not being able to change my payment online, I go up and Denise says when I ask why my payment was $99 she told me and conveniently added that my rate on my storage unit is about to nearly double.
So no access from the beginning to my account.
Now the rate doubles.
I do not recommend and will be suing in small claims for the bait and switch.
I am now faced with paying extra $$ for a truck when I just moved everything in a short time ago.
The online rep when I purchased it said nothing about a rate increase and also screwed up what I needed.
I asked for a 10 x 20 and got two 10 x 10. This would be ideal if they weren’t next to each other.
Completely retired business plan, and now Denise feels powerless in there.
Completely ridiculous company standards.
