Three days later ( May 4rd,2026) my husband and I returned with our belongings, only to find our unit occupied by a woman with a dog who was painting and smoking. We have a baby and don’t want to expose our child to cigarette smoke. At no point did the staff inform us that homeless individuals were living on the property. If we’re paying for a unit, no one else should have access to it. When we requested a refund, we were only given a partial refund—even though we never used the unit and it was already occupied by the third day.
