I had to change storages last minute and when I came here Jalisa made the transition smooth and easy. She is always very helpful and courteous when I call or come in with a concern. The grounds are always clean and accessible.

Amazing customer service by Jalisa the manager at the location I have a storage. My rate had recently went up almost $100 more a month and I was struggling with the payments I called customer service to get a lower rate they said I would get a phone call by the manager. Later that day I got a phone she said she is able to lower the payment. She was able to get in affect for my up coming bill but in top of that she gave me $25 discount for my upcoming bill as well because of the inconvenience. I was extremely appreciative of everything Jalisa had done.

I finally got in to talk to a real person (thank you to the person who replied to this, I went in and talked to Jaleesa.) There was a lot I didn't understand, mainly that you have to step on a lever at the bottom of the door to get it open. I still wish the website was better and this was made more obvious, but this process *is* 100% online and Jaleesa was a huge help explaining that.
I probably should have called the general line when I couldn't get in, so note for future renters, do that before assuming it doesn't work.

So far, so bad!
Extra space's website is extremely inaccurate. We were lead to believe we could do the whole process online, booking and move in, but you need to visit the office to get a physical key for your unit (the app only lets you in the gate. I can walk up to my unit, but I can't walk into it.) In the FAQ, two different question give two different answers as to whether this is supposed to be this way, but I don't think it was went over either way in the rental agreement.
Today I finally came during the listed office hours to get my key, and they're closed on Sunday, something I could only find out by walking up, because that's contrary to all available online information.
I may change my review later, but so far I paid and agreed to six months of autopay, but haven't received my promised product. We really needed this this weekend to help with our move. I diligently chose this location based off of reviews and the automated rental system, so I'm pretty darn disappointed.
