Absolutely terrible experience. They lure you in with a 3‑month upfront promo and then monthly rent increases.
The building is unsafe — pitch‑black hallways because the motion‑sensor lights lag. I almost walked straight into a cart someone left lying around. Huge safety hazard
The lights by the front don’t turn on until someone walks in. I could’ve been seriously injured. I reported this to the office next day (via call & email) AND corporate and got nothing. No reply, no fix, no accountability. They can’t even turn on one light near the doors at night. Completely unacceptable and negligent
