I rented a storage unit through an online promotion. Six months later, my monthly rate doubled. I was told rates are adjusted based on market demand, which was my first disappointment.
I decided to downsize to a smaller unit, but it took multiple phone calls and involvement from a district manager just to get approval to apply a payment I had made four days earlier toward the new unit. That process should have been straightforward.
The following day, after reassessing my needs, I determined I no longer needed a storage unit at all. Despite using the unit for only four days after making the payment, I was told they would not provide any prorated refund. I ended up paying $170 for four days of storage.
While the staff was courteous, the pricing practices and lack of flexibility left me very disappointed. Between the steep rate increase, the unnecessary hassle to transfer units, and the refusal to prorate a payment after just four days, I can't recommend this facility.

They do a bait and switch on the pricing. Their price listed was 75/mo for the unit I wanted, but after fees, insurance, etc it shot up to 170/mo.
That said, used them for almost a year and the service is very good. A lot of automation on access, and the unit is air conditioned
