Renting out the storage unit process was smooth and so quick.
I reserved before hand a smaller sized unit and had to scope out other sizes to make sure I guessed correctly but it all worked out.
Moving and downsizing can be a pain but I’m glad I was able to be helped in such a great way.

The staff were great: friendly, helpful and very patient with all my questions at both stores that I checked out before I decided on which location was going to be more convenient for my needs. The space was clean and ready for me to start moving my storage items by the next day after reserving over the phone. The experience was smooth and easy - very satisfied!

My mom just had the worst experience here. The gentleman that works the front desk Had my mom’s trailer towed recently, and told her to call the police and say it was stolen. she had never missed a payment and always called to make sure that her space was paid for when she was billed or given a notice in the mail about a pay increase. But the gentleman at the front desk could’ve said it was actually towed away. Instead of telling my mother the truth, he lied to her and now she has to pay to get her trailer out before it is auctioned off. Do not do business with this place, or else your belongings might get towed no matter if your space is paid for.
