Greg at Extra Space Storage truly went above and beyond for me. I was in a difficult situation and needed storage quickly, but the monthly rate was more than I could comfortably afford. Greg took the time to listen, understand my circumstances, and worked hard to find me a lower rate that fit my budget. That one act of kindness and professionalism made a huge difference in my life during a stressful time.
What could have been an overwhelming situation became manageable because Greg genuinely cared and was willing to help. He was patient, knowledgeable, transparent, and treated me with respect from start to finish. Customer service like this is rare these days.
