Great experience! The manager Laron was very friendly and helpful, with an excellent personality. The property was clean, well kept, and free of trash and debris. He was knowledgeable about pricing and the different unit sizes, and took the time to answer all of our questions. Highly recommend!

Laron was absolutely great! He was so nice and really took the time to help me figure out what size storage unit would work best for me and my budget. He was very patient, answered all of my questions, and was upfront about everything, which I really appreciated.
Moving and putting your belongings into storage can be stressful, especially when you have a lot of important things that mean a lot to you. Laron made me feel comfortable and confident that my belongings would be safe here. He made the whole process feel easy and honestly took a lot of the stress out of it.
I just wanted to personally thank him and also let his company know what a great employee they have. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people and making sure they have a good experience.
Definitely 5 stars from me! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I would recommend this place to my family, friends, and honestly anyone looking for a storage unit. Thank you again, Laron!

This storage facility is a great place to store your belongings. It feels safe and is set back from the main road, so traffic is not busy when entering the property. It is conveniently located to a Holiday Inn, which was very helpful while I was staying there for work travel. Having my belongings stored right next door made everything much more convenient.
The manager Leron was very nice and friendly and took the time to introduce himself as the new person overseeing the property. The facility is always clean and well maintained whenever I stop by to access my storage unit. Overall, I've had a great experience and would recommend this location storage facility.

LaRon and Grace were amazing and took so much time to show me everything that had questions about. I had so many questions. They were truly so patient and warm- and it means a lot when you're moving. People who are kind and have good customer service are rare and I’m lucky to have stumbled across this location.

I had a wonderful experience at Extra Space Storage on S. Rainbow Boulevard in Las Vegas. The new manager took the time to show me around the facility, answered all of my questions, and made me feel completely comfortable with my decision.
The entire property is spotlessly clean, well maintained, secure, and very reasonably priced. What really stood out, though, was the outstanding customer service. The manager was kind, patient, professional, and genuinely accommodating. He made the whole process easy and stress-free, and he was a pleasure to do business with.
If you’re looking for a clean, affordable storage facility with exceptional customer service, I highly recommend this location. It’s clear they take pride in both the facility and the way they treat their customers.
