To start the story, I am moving my things from CubeSmart to Extra Space because not only are the rates much more economical, the property is cleaner. The location is so convenient I can walk to it from my home. I haven’t had the pleasure of meeting Jenny, the manager, but let me tell you something about her. She has no idea how much of a big, huge help she is being to me right now. I cannot say enough good things about her. She is working with me in a way that is helping me financially and taking a big load off my mind. I want to give her the biggest hug when I see her. I am just so thankful and grateful for the help she’s giving me. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

Love the facility. Everything done by phone. Attempted to raise rent, but gave them a call and worked out a great deal. Definitely give them a call.

I would not recommend Extra Space Storage. It seems like every couple of months they raise the rates, and the increases are significant—sometimes feeling almost double what I was paying before. It's frustrating to start at one price and then watch it continually climb.
To make matters worse, their app barely works half the time, and the facility gates frequently have issues. Instead of improving the customer experience or maintaining the property, it feels like the facility continues to go downhill while the prices keep going up.
If you're looking for a storage company with stable pricing, reliable access, and functioning technology, I'd suggest looking elsewhere. Beware of the constant rate increases and declining service quality.
