- MMMildred M1 day ago1.0Kayla at extra space storage has the worst attitude I’ve ever encountered. Everytime I call over she has a horrible attitude. The world is so expensive and she never cares to accommodate. I’ve been late before I’ve asked ONCE to waive a late fee out of all the late fees I’ve paid. I asked to move my payment DATE TO BETTER ACCOMMODATE the date I’m PAID she can’t even do that! So I’m stuck paying late fee after late fee. I’ve been here three years. Had one late fee waived. I called to ask today and got the same horrible attitude I always get from Kayla! What a sorry excuse for a manager. She needs to be fired and retrained asap. I’ll be putting in complaints to corporate and requesting to speak to a general manager. Kayla seems to claim she’s the owner of this place so id love to see what the Gm thinks about that.

They were professional and went above and beyond to make the situation right. Great customer service, communication, and professionalism, on top of being a really nice facility.

They are nice and friendly with you and once you’re in they raise the prices without telling you and rip you off and keep going and going until it’s the point where you are technically paying an apartment! Again, DO NOT get a storage unit here. They are scammers and will rip you off dry and I tried talking to them and they will not lower the price to the original already high price. Worst financial decision of my entire life.
