Ms. Tara was the FIRST and ONLY person to get me my refund for a lock I DON'T need. She does exactly what she says she's gonna do. Ms. Tara was extremely sweet, professional and efficient. She made the whole experience of renting a unit so smooth and fast. I'm extremely pleased with the 10 star excellent service received today. I'll definitely recommend her and this facility to others.
