I went in to move some items for a Charity group I am a part of and really liked how close to my house and clean the facility was. I went in to the sales office and Daniel let me know about the specials they were running and tailor fit to what I needed. I had zero intention of getting a unit when I drove in there but left with a 10x10 space. He walked me through everything and allowed me to lock into prepaying for 6 months. I am very happy with the help he gave me. Great staff and and great facility

Extremely professional and courtesy and went extra mile to show us to the unit! he went above and beyond to ensure we had a palliative experience! He is definitely an asset to the company. The facility is nice. The storage itself is in good condition. However, the staff and the elevators are a joke. I was helping someone else move their items in and the place closes at 7. At 7:01, we tried to return a cart we borrowed and the office worker just kept yelling "the facility is closed" and refused to help. It's not like the guy had to walk anywhere or do anything. It was literally, turn the handle, that's it. And they refused to help. 5-10 minutes even, sure, I get it. But 1 minute?
Then the elevators. You have to punch in a 10 digit code every time you want to use the elevator. If you wait longer than 10 seconds, you have to put it in again. If you step inside the elevator and wait too long, you can't open the doors and you can't select a floor. So you're just stuck in the elevator. Luckily I was with other people that could open it for me. If you are on the second floor, it will let you select the first floor and can ride it down, but if you are on the first floor, you're just stuck.
Overall, not a bad place, but the poor customer service, bad attitude, and danger the elevator poses, I'd recommend not going here.

Moving is incredibly stressful, but Extra Space storage made it easy. Every time I had to speak with someone (singing up, questions, and closing the account) someone was available right away and always incredibly kind and helpful. Kevin assisted me in closing out my account after a couple months, answered the phone right away, covered all my questions, and provided overall great customer service. Everything about my experience was transparent, convenient, and 10/10. Will absolutely be using you guys next time I need a storage unit. Thank you!
