Ruth set us up with the appointment and install and answered the phone immediately the 2 times I called in. Great operation, perfect set up for our business. - MSMaui SunsetMay 12, 20175.0I had some problems with my alarm. Batteries, etc. This company, I found to be the most accommodating when I had problems with the alarm system. The technician who came to my house didn't have the new batteries for my key fab, and he just gave me a whole new key fab. Also, the owner was going to come to my house on a Sunday night to turn off my alarm because I didn't know how to turn it off. Luckily, I was able to turn if off with my cell phone and the (alarm app) that the secretary had added to my phone months back. So, in case you loose your key fab, and can't get your code to work, you can use the alarm app. on your phone. I don't think I got this good of service from ADT. In fact, I was very surprised I got this good service. I'm very happy I chose this alarm company.
