- JJJeanetteJun 16, 20263.0Call center was a bit of a problem I made my initial appointment and then it was canceled I got to text it was canceled I had to call back go through numerous different people till I got to the right person and reschedule they said they had the wrong address the address was given to the three times they repeated it back to me so then what they do is they call out to local people here in Nevada and somebody contacts you I was getting people that told me they'll be here in 30 minutes at 7:00 at night so finally the professional I did get his name was Seth he did come the following day at 8:00 a.m. was rushing a little bit I had my initial first treatment for the Cockroaches I have in my mobile home and I don't know when my next appointment is but I guess he's going to reach out to me I don't know much about cockroaches I never lived with them in my life so I don't know but here in Vegas I know there are problem so I just have to wait and see but overall you know the company the price was good we're on social security so other places were charging hundreds and hundreds of dollars so I'll see what happens but be expected to be transferred around and to get a skip because it's a nationwide company that routes people out all over so it can be you got to have a lot of patience

Why am I still seeing pests after my first treatment?
If you are seeing pests right after your treatment, odds are you are witnessing them flee your property, which typically means the treatment is effective. If after a week you are still seeing pests, give us a call and our service professional will gladly return to treat your home at no additional cost.
How much does professional pest control cost?
Our professional pest control plans start as low as $49 to $55 per month for our Basic plan, depending on your location. We offer three primary tiers—Basic, Pro, and Premium—designed to fit different levels of protection needs and budgets.
Do you offer same-day pest control services?
Yes, depending on current technician availability. If you call before noon, we can often provide same-day service for urgent pest issues.

Do you spray both the inside and outside of the house?
Yes, standard service covers both. We focus on the exterior to stop pests at the source and treat the interior (baseboards/under sinks) to eliminate any that have already entered.

A perimeter treatment covers 3 feet up the foundation and 3 feet out into the yard. We also treat windowsills, door frames, and eaves.

To stop ants, we use "transferable" baits. Workers carry the bait back to the queen, killing the entire colony rather than just the ants you see on the counter.
What is the best treatment for German cockroaches?
German roaches require a combination of baiting, insect growth regulators (IGRs), and sanitation. They are resilient, so 2–3 follow-up visits are often required for total elimination.
