  We had a bit of a hiccup early on initially, we reached out to Amanda who immediately had Sean reach out. When Sean stepped in and took control, It completely turned around to an Amazing experience. He brought in his Team, Terry and Chris for the install. Chris and Terry did the mounting of the TV install and did a perfect job and then Terry dove in to completing the entire rest of the speakers and equipment install. He took the time and care to ask questions about level of knowledge of technology with my Parents. With that he made the install custom and geared toward making complex technology simple and relatable to my parents, who aren't tech savvy. He was compassionate, caring, incredibly neat, particular and thorough. He made sure to review and ask if they had any questions after everything was connected. After install, He cleaned up and left the house perfect!!! He was very personable and just a lovely person. Sean continued to be communicative and ensure everything was going smoothly and followed up to ensure my parents were good with the operation of the system. The team interacts as if theyre family, not just colleagues and theyre really great, knowledgeable install professionals!!! A HUGE kudos. We would recommend them to any and everyone! You will NOT be disappointed in your install! 👏👏👏

  Derek and his crew have always been more than helpful, I can’t honestly say everyone that’s been to my home has done a fantastic job, Dennis yesterday was wonderful!! Thank you Derek keep it up buddy

  I LOVE Acoustic Design Systems. ELITE SERVICE. At 9:00 PM on a Friday, Derek responded to my urgent service request the night before I was hosting a big event and fixed the issue remotely.

  The installers did a great job installing 6 speakers in the ceiling and the large screen tv on the wall plus a large center speaker then tuned the system impressive results Very pleased with results

  Acoustic Design upgraded my network to a Unifi system as I wanted a more robust and customizable system than the Orbi system I had. They also provided a new control4 remote as my old remote LED's display had weakened to the point where it was difficult to use, fully programming the new remote as well. As I was switching from Cox to Quantum Fiber, they also helped disconnect all the Cox equipment that I would need to return. Acoustic's work was fantastic. The team (Derek, who did the assessment, planning, and scheduling) and the tech's (Dimetri, Austin, and Jon) all did an amazing job, getting everything working well, explaining it all clearly, and training me, all of which in half the time expected. I have now leveraged Acoustic Design for over eight years. The excellent performance and capability has been wonderfully consistent. I highly recommend Acoustic Design!
