  Well maintained and very clean. Most staff we’ve dealt with have been friendly. The only issue is the near constant rent increases. The cost of our space nearly doubled in just a few years for same unit and no new service. Cost is the reason for the 2 stars.

  Haven't been here but live behind it. There are alarms going off constantly throughout the day. No one is ever on site to answer phones or check on alarms. Very disrupting to surrounding neighbors.

  The storage we were originally using in Henderson had constant break-ins to interior units which we were told was common 😳 so we moved everything to StorageOne Stephanie Near 215. It was the best decision! We cannot say enough praise for this location! They are professional, clean, consistent, friendly, helpful, have climate-controlled, gated buildings and just overall good people to entrust your belongings with. The security they provide is excellent! Individual passcodes to both enter and exit the facility and that are also connected to your specific unit. Perfect! 😎👍🏼🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Dawna and Logan manage this location. You couldn’t ask for better people! They are all the above and also very knowledgeable and organised. If you aren't already using StorageOne Stephanie, you might want to reconsider ✅

  I literally never negative reviews I Had to sign in just to leave this review about Donna. She is extremely rude! I drove from Centennial to Henderson to unload some things into my storage this morning and there was a sign on the door that the elevator was not working, which was extremely inconvenient as we all know Gas prices are a pain right now. She expressed that the elevator actually had been working since the previous day but THEY forgot to take the sign down & I could have just used the stairs?! What female is going to unload a car full of heavy items UP a flight of stairs? Every time I tried to speak, she interrupted me, which ultimately led to me asking her to lose the attitude, and instead she hung up in my face. Zero customer service skills and a terrible attitude, any person in their right mind would understand the frustration of a customer, but instead she almost took it personal and made it seem as if I was lying about showing up to the location. I have never been treated so rudely by a representative truly baffling
