  I had an absolutely great experience with Donna at StorageOne from Monday, 8/24/2026, to close-of-business the next day on 8/25/2026! I had to move the contents of a 10x10 unit to two 5x10 units. She provided the use of a push cart to help with movement of boxes and misc. items. She was very professional and informative, kind and very courteous! Her assistant named Logan (I believe) was also very helpful, polite, and professional. I look forward to working with Donna in the future.

  Well maintained and very clean. Most staff we’ve dealt with have been friendly. The only issue is the near constant rent increases. The cost of our space nearly doubled in just a few years for same unit and no new service. Cost is the reason for the 2 stars.

  Haven't been here but live behind it. There are alarms going off constantly throughout the day. No one is ever on site to answer phones or check on alarms. Very disrupting to surrounding neighbors.
