The guy today asked me if I wanted help, I gave him a list and he ignored me. He just looked at me and asked what my ABOVE ground pool needed when I never told him I had that type of pool so I said it’s not above ground and then he asked if it was fiber glass to which I said no I don’t have an above ground pool AGAIN. . My pool is not above ground and I spend thousand of dollars at Leslie’s for my spa and in ground pool. Very condescending and racist to assume what type of pool you have by your skin color. Will not shop here ever again.

Absolutely terrible customer service. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was an inconvenience rather than a customer. Staff were rude, dismissive, and seemed completely uninterested in helping. When I tried to address my concerns, they were met with attitude instead of professionalism. What made the experience even worse was the manager, Brandon. He was rude, disrespectful, and showed little interest in resolving the issue. Rather than listening to customer concerns or attempting to make things right, he came across as dismissive and unconcerned. As a manager, I would expect a higher level of professionalism and respect, but unfortunately that was not my experience. There are plenty of businesses that value their customers and know how to treat people with courtesy and respect. Unfortunately, this is not one of them. I will not be returning and would not recommend this business to anyone expecting professional customer service.

They have a good selection of pool toys and equipment. If you are in a hurry this is a great place to get what you need. If you're not in a hurry you'll be able to find the same product elsewhere for cheaper.
