  The staff at Golden State was informative professional, and made my process easy. On delivery day everything went smoothly . My only difficulty was that I did not realize how far away everything was going to be there for I incurred distance charges from the mover. The problem was mine and that I have not used storage bases ever before and didn't know how to make better arrangements. I've only accessed the space for 2 days and so future use will determine any other evaluating information

  The managers, Rob and Victoria, are very friendly and extremely helpful and obliging. We started out with one 10' x 5 ' unit, but soon needed another 10' x 5' unit. We had no problem obtaining a second unit. With the remodeling of our home, we needed a third unit. Rob was extremely helpful in suggesting we take advantage of a special on a 10' x 10' unit. It was a great deal that was exactly what we needed and saved us a lot of money. On top of being friendly, helpful and obliging, they are very honest and honorable. The grounds are kept clean and orderly. The inner stotage areas are also kept clean and neat. I would have no problem recommending Golde State Storage Horizon Ridge to anyone looking for a storage unit, or a covered space to park an SUV, trailer or boat.

  All is great our only problem was our entry code didn’t work when we arrived so had to go to office so they could activate it.

  Online application was very easy. Staff was helpful in finishing the enrollment process. The entry is a bit short for bigger vehicles but manageable. Would definitely recommend this facility.
