  I was in talks with Drew several times to bring a 40' 5th wheel to the facility. He would not let me rent the space without seeing the vehicle. Said it was a hard policy and I was fine with that. He even held the space for me for a week but I was not able to get the RV there when I thought I could. Mind you, I had several conversations with Drew and never once did he give me any other rquirements than to bring the RV. He told us to park in the stall we were looking at and while getting started on that he then asked for insurance and registration on the RV. We said we needed to find it after we backed it in and he said to stop and get it before we parked while we were in the process of parking it. He then seemed to flip a switch demanded we stop everything and give him the registration and insurance and we snapped back that obviously we have insurance on the $100,000 RV and that we will look when we get parked. He then said "Just Go! I am not going to do business with you!" If he had told me that I needed to have that readily available when I brought the RV to the facility in the two times i had stopped in or the three phone calls I had with him, I would have had it ready. But he didn't and I had no clue we needed before doing anything. I would not recommend Golden State based on the way Drew treated me and handled our situation.

  Ruby is an absolute delight to rent from. She makes you feel so safe and welcome and the facility is so clean and well ran!

  This location for Golden State Storage. Was Clean, safe, well lit, and secure. I felt very comfortable parking my RV here. The staff was always friendly and the manager Drew was great! I would highly recommend them.
