I started at $35 and by the time i moved out, within a year or so of moving in, it changed ownership and sprung up to $91 with another increase coming. There were at least 20 units in just my one row, not occupied, and so I guess because they had no tenants, I had to pay more. The employees were nice when I had to communicate with them, and weren't my reasoning for moving out.
