- DSDan SilvaApr 8, 20265.0Purchased a new Speed Queen washer from Zack in the Fernley store. He provided us with great customer service and answered all of our questions. We had to wait for a couple of weeks for our machine to come in and when it was delivered they really shined. Michael & Steve made the delivery and they were both incredible. They showed great skill & care making sure to handle the new machine with professionally. They place it in the laundry room perfect (even moving the existing dryer to better accommodate the new washer) and made sure all hookups were done perfectly. They ran the water, checked for leaks and then tested the new machine. We are VERY happy customers and would strongly recommend Black and White Appliance for all of your future appliance needs!
