  Jeff who kindly loaded my order and fixed a computer paint error was great. It had been a rough day and he made a big difference. PS the new AI answering system is the pits.

  I am really disappointed with the delivery and customer service at this store. I scheduled time off from work to complete a project, I ordered online and paid the 80 dollar delivery fee. I received texts with delivery time, then I get a call at 11am telling me my order wasn't even pulled and was not going to be delivered until the next day and that wasn't guaranteed either. I should have gone with home depot. Wasted time off and now my fence is not going to be built for another week.

  I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Lowe’s in Carson City. On Thursday, I purchased a refrigerator that was scheduled for delivery on Monday. I received multiple text messages confirming the delivery date and was given a delivery window of 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. I rearranged my day and waited at home for the entire 12-hour window. Around 6:00 p.m., after hearing nothing, I called to check on the status of my delivery and was informed that the refrigerator would not be delivered that day after all. I was then assured that delivery would take place the following morning, Tuesday, at approximately 9:00 a.m., and that I would receive a call 30 minutes before the truck arrived. Once again, I adjusted my work schedule to be available. At 9:40 a.m., I received another call informing me that the delivery would not happen that day either. At that point, my frustration level was beyond words. This wasn’t a minor inconvenience. I urgently needed the refrigerator because I store medications that require refrigeration. Being given repeated delivery commitments and then having them canceled at the last minute showed a complete lack of respect for my time and circumstances. I was told delivery would be rescheduled yet again for Wednesday, but by then I had completely lost confidence in Lowe’s ability to follow through on its commitments. I returned to the store and canceled the entire purchase. After reading other customer reviews, it appears that delivery problems are not isolated incidents but an ongoing issue. What is most concerning is that the same complaints continue to appear, suggesting that little or nothing is being done to improve the situation. I will say that the sales associates who helped me purchase the refrigerator were professional, friendly, and helpful. They provided excellent customer service, and I appreciate their efforts. Unfortunately, the delivery process completely overshadowed that positive experience. Because of this experience, I will not be doing business with Lowe’s Carson City again. Customers deserve honesty, reliability, and respect for their time. Sadly, that was not my experience.

  It was horrible!! Nobody knew anything, they didn't even know how to ring up my waterheater and that FREE INSTALLTION IS A JOKE!! they tried to tell me I had to pay to have 1 of there contracted plumbers come look at it, B.S.!!! I had it looked at and knew what I needed. I am a disabled lady and need help, so this was a crappy experience ! So now I have more information and will purchase it at home depot and have it delivered then I will deal with a local handyman to put it in. Also this isn't my 1st rodeo I had 1 replaced in my other house in CA. and Lowes handled it, I went in purchased it with cash picked my day and the guy delivered installed and took away the old one, so this is how I knew I was getting the run around

  I ordered garden soil and went to pick it up. I had my husbands brand new 2025 truck. They tried to load it with a fork lift and scratched the heck out of his tail gate and began ripping off the trim. 3 employees and not a single one said I’m sorry. Just told me to come back with a bigger vehicle. So I went home to unload and had to go back to get the rest. On my way back they called and told me they gave me the wrong rebar and to bring it back mind you I live 30 minutes away so I had to turn back around to go get the rebar so that I could get the correct one that I had ordered. I was told by the loaders to speak to the manager Rae Donovan. So when I went in, I asked for her and she was helping someone cool. I was willing to wait. Next thing. I know the assistant manager Dale came up and told me he could help me. I explained to him what happened he told me OK let’s go take a look at the truck when we got out there. He literally started busting up laughing and said this is what trucks look like that are hauling dirt. First of all maybe that’s what his truck looks like but I just paid 55k for this truck so we take care of it. Hauling dirt isn’t a normal thing. We are planting a garden. I couldn’t even believe that he was laughing the way he was laughing basically said he couldn’t help me and to call corporate. Still after speaking to 5 people not a single I’m sorry this happened.
