  I usually like Lowe’s, but this location has been consistently disappointing. Nearly everything is locked up — even a $28 pipe clamp that most customers wouldn’t consider a high‑theft item. What’s worse is that they wouldn’t even trust me enough to walk it to the front so I could pay for it. If a store chooses to lock up so many basic items, they should also staff enough employees to assist customers quickly. I shouldn’t have to spend an hour in a hardware store waiting for someone to unlock a simple tool. I understand theft is a problem, but better security measures shouldn’t come at the expense of honest customers. No one should feel like a criminal for asking for a pipe clamp. It’s unreasonable and it ruins the shopping experience.

  Came to this location because they listed what I was looking for, a LP SmartSide product, they showed 248 in stock, and when we inquired with one of the employees he looked for a few minutes and said they didn’t carry it. So I pulled up the app showing they had 248 in stock ready for pickup, he replied, “well they don’t work in this store, I don’t care what they say” I told my coworker I was going to call the store manager, and then the guy tried marginally harder and found the full pallet of them outside the store. They really need to train the employees on how to talk to customers, I was put off enough to leave without buying anything, so I went to Home Depot and spent $786 over there, because of poor customer service. I recommend shipping at other stores if you care about customer service.

  Had to get a item last minute and was far away. My order wasn't picked yet but after driving a few hours to get there I asked to see if they could pick it so I wouldn't have to make a trip back here weeks later. They got my item and all were so helpful. CS was great and the two men who helped grab and load it were so nice and super safe.

  The people in the store are great but NEVER UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES ORDER ANYTHING TO BE DELIVERED BY LOWE'S, EVER. A delivery promised a week ago was, first, delayed a day, and then the next day reported as delivered. It was not! I even went up and down the block to make sure it was not delivered to the wrong address. The driver left a picture, but it was taken IN HIS TRUCK, NOT at a delivery point. Could it hidden somewhere? 12 bright yellow 40 pound bags of water softener salt? I think not Did he keep it for himself, misdeliver it, chuck it down an Arroyo, sell it to Walter White? Who knows? I have made 5 fruitless calls to Lowe's. I'm on one now. Have been for 2 hours and 4 minutes. Have spoken to 4 people briefly who told me they had to get someone "higher up", which at the point seems to mean God, who I pray has better customer service. Whoops. At 2 hours and 11 minutes a recording came on saying "transferring you to customer survey", and then it promptly hung up. Lowe's made nearly 90 billion dollars in revenue last year and just short of 7 billion in profit. Its CEO makes more than 21 million dollars a year. They don't care about their customers. Not even a little bit. The hold music was interrupted every 3 minutes by a pitch for a Lowe's "loyalty" card. They don't even understand the word. SInce writing the above, on my 6th try (after their terrible AI system sent me to installation when I plainly said delivery), I not only got someone on the phone, but got a competent person who got me my refund. Except.....Lowe's couldn't give me a refund for the delivery charge telling me i had to go into the store for that. I was prepared to be annoyed, but a manager, Natalie (just ask for her if you need extra help) understood immediately what had happened and worked it out. Moral of the story: if you are buying something at Lowe's and can take it home yourself, you'll be fine, but if you need delivery, they are using Uber Eats drivers! I am NOT making that up and if they don't want to go somewhere or its heavy, they just dump it or mark it as delivered to get the money and don't deliver it. LOWE's phone system is useless and its AI is as dumb as a box of rocks (with all due apologies to a box of rocks). So go in and buy, but don't take a chance with delivery. The company doesn't care about you, but some of the store employees actually do.

  Purchased a patio set 5/29/26 and paid for assembly. To be delivered 6/5/26. Received a call today 6/5 telling me it would not be delivered because there was no one to assemble it? Took them 8 days to call and say they will not deliver it assembled. I needed that set assembled for a gathering tomorrow. Extremely poor customer service! I will probably cancel the sale tomorrow and think twice about ever purchasing at Lowe’s again. It’s a shame since I have purchased thousands of dollars a year in merchandise there! Not to mention they NEVER answer the phone at the local stores. Zero customer service will be their downfall!! After this happened I went into the the Zafarano store. They called the Espanola store who delivered a patio set from there sales floor to my home in time for my gathering. I thank them for honoring their sales commitment.
