    Had to ask the self checkout lady 3 times, to have someone sent to a department section for some screw driver bolts. Lady said the guy at that specific section will be there. Waited about 10 minutes, the first 2 times. And another 5 minutes. Just standing there waiting for almost 20 minutes all together. Just to find out, they didn't have it. Alot of different bolts were there for good variety, But, conveniently, ran out of just not what I needed.

    I usually find what I need and employees though busy are always helpful. Prices are good and the organization of stock & variety is excellent! What more could a customer want, right?

    I just call your store for update because delivery not show up or did I receive a courtesy call or text after waiting since 10am and after calling lowes woman who take my call said it was picked up contact 3rd party installer and hang up on me after calling me a liar for not listeningto her like shes my Mom is huge Karen and should Not be dealing with customers. Lowes is Low - go to Home Depot Better price and overall experience. Best Aware! Bought expensive item online and Lowes charge my account twice 😖 and they blame PayPal but Lowes are the people who charge twice causing my account balance to drop causing other checks to bounce 😑 😒 and nobody do a thing no matter how much help I beg for- My advice, fo to home depot, you will probably get a better price and avoid careless costly stress causing mistakes the customer has to deal with-

    Extremely disappointed.. just always a bad experience. Place an order for them to pull it, always have issues. Cannot find it, its not ready when it is supposed to be, or I end up loading it myself because they are to busy to help. While all the big box stores lack in customer service, every time I go here I experience problems.

    I had a washing machine delivered to my home from the Santa Fe Lowe's. I had originally requested haul away service but my landlord said he would take it for me so I asked the delivery drivers if the haul away fee could be waived. They said it could- but it wasn't. I called customer service and got disconnected 3 times before I could get anywhere. I'm still now sure if it will be refunded. THEN I discovered that the cold water inlet was defective so I tried to reach a human to find a solution. The AI told me there were no agents available and that I could repair the part with plumber's tape or replace the part. I, understandably, got very upset and it finally decided I could speak to a human agent. There was some language barriers, but we finally got it sorted that I would return the washing machine myself to my local store (Espanola) and could get a refund and then exchange. The Espanola store washing machine was less expensive and the staff were very helpful. I suggest going through the Espanola Lowe's, and picking up your own appliances if possible. I had to take the day off from work because the pick up window was originally 8am-8pm.
