This is at least the Third time I have used Extra Space. I applied this Most recent time on the phone at some central call number. It was a long tedious draining process. However, Daniel who runs the one on Pacheco was very efficient and did his job very well. It went smoothly as it did with the other on-site managers

I booked a unit online and it was seamless with a nice discount. My circumstances changed and I had to cancel, so I called the local store and explained that I had to cancel. The person I spoke with was great, and she canceled and refunded my money within an hour. I so greatly appreciated the great service and will book again when I need a storage unit! Kudos to the Extra Space Storage facility on Pacheco in Santa Fe, NM!!! Will definitely use them in the future.
