    Still no joy. Over 6 weeks past the dishwasher first leaking. Had to threaten litigation to even get a call back back. They are still stalling. Assurant, Inc. is the partner that handles protection plans, extended warranties and support services for Lowe's Companies, Inc. they are deep in the middle of this. Lowes Store #0397 Major Dishwasher Install Problem & Lack of Warranty Service Lowe's Companies, Inc. As of this date and time the problem has not been addressed,  To my or my wife's satisfaction. -An extended warranty on an appliance is insurance, if there is a problem it should be repaired or replaced within the warranty period. Timeline: -Bosch Dishwasher leaked after about 4 years, still fully under 5 year warranty. -Appliance Repair Person could not remove dishwasher said it was our problem to remove it. We had originally paid to have Lowe's own installers do the install. -An email back to us from Lowes said our dishwasher was "Improperly installed". -Attempt to return Dishwasher was declined even though improper installation from day one. -So far we had to order a new dishwasher with install cost and a new warranty. -$1200.00 Bill for dishwasher removal after floor demolition and floor repair on ceramic tile. -I will not go into other damage issues here. -Ted Aschenbrenner Manassas Virginia 20109 Keywords Below are appliances products names or contractor terms etc. that could be relevant in doing due diligence on purchasing.     Terrible don't order anything!They'll mess it up!Messed up a$65,000 order from Always Construction Services Inc. Has cost me over $50,000 in delays. Dealing with corporate on restitution. If the mess you order up call and report.To executive office. Marvin Eisner!

    It's not that the customer service is bad.It's that they've perfected the Walmart shuffle I.Specifically, went in at 9:30 PM to go pick up an online order that wasn't a problem.Elliana was a phenomenal help. It was when I decided that I needed some paint equipment and some accessories for the new tools that I had purchased.It seemed that like every employee that I walked towards did the Walmart shuffle, and they just would disappear. I finally found somebody in the paint section, which is what I needed help with locating some standing mass of atone couple other things when I asked the employee where the items were, she just kind of yelled it out across me instead of stopping the task at hand and guiding me to where I needed to be I was left to my own devices , and with the tons of options that there were , of course , I overlooked it and got frustrated. But I guess it's just a sign of the time.The guest experience and guest relations are no longer important to corporate or to the team leaders in the general manager at that store.If the store is dead , take ten seconds to walk the customer to where it is on a saturday at nine o'clock in the morning , I dare not..... That's why I go in the evening because I hope for a better experience. However , with that being said , I am still extremely grateful that lowe's is better than that orange place. And I also appreciate the fact that they extend a military discount.Thank you, Lowe's for that gesture.It is one of the main reasons that I keep coming now.If you can just fix your website and the app , things would be even better.

    Steve and Jackie were awesome! We had an issue with a delivery and they fixed our issues without delay or making us jump through hoops. We are really appreciative for their service. We will definitely be making this store our go to.
