We've been purchasing products from this specific Lowes & usually everything is good. However we recently had an issue that was an enormous problem & without any hesitation the store manager Chris and the customer service representative named Darian (sorry if I spelled it wrong) stepped up and helped us. We realize they might feel like they're just doing there jobs but they both were polite, professional and very helpful. If you live anywhere in Rio Rancho and you need supplies I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU PURCHASE IT AT THE RIO RANCHO LOWES. I’ve came here 2 separate times to buy paint and got completely ignored for 15 mins till I spoke up or hit the button. The manager helped thus the 2 stars it’s been the only Lowe’s I’ve been completely ignored at save yourself time go to a different Lowe’s for paint.

The staff is over the top helpful. They also live dogs. When i bring in my pug, you would think the ceo showed up. Everyone is so nice and wants to say hi to Frank the pug. Going back to the helpful aspect, when I needed to build a little protective thing for my swamp cooler, the staff started drawing up plans and told me what I world need. I know that doesn't happen every time I go in, but the level of "helpful" is just about the same for every time I go in.
