We have used this place a few years back and loved it, moved back to Rio Rancho and used it again and no issues UNTIL we got a notice in the mail our price went up over $60?! We have only had the storage unit since mid March… we emptied it today.. I was a bit taken back by the price jump, no thanks!

I had an amazing experience at this storage facility thanks to Bray! She was awesome from start to finish. Her customer service was top tier, and she was extremely knowledgeable when helping me choose the right unit. She gave me great advice, answered all my questions, and really took the time to make sure I got exactly what I wanted.
The facility itself was very clean, well maintained, and felt secure. Bray truly went the extra mile to make the whole process easy and stress-free. Overall, A++ for Bray and the entire facility. Highly recommend!
