It's not bad but could be better. There is only one roll cart to move things inside (on the north side of the building so you have to wait for others to be done if you are moving stuff) only 1 door works for some odd reason for the door in question and same with the magnets don't hold the door open when you need to bring things inside.
The staff is very attentive and was very respectful about getting us setup. I would say more structural issues are there that can be quick fixes would bring this to a 5 star but I am concerned they don't even know these issues exist.

The operator set me up over the phone with everything I needed! My place was packed, drove right over to this location, and everything was there inside the storage unit. The operator even guided me to download the app beforehand, everything was smooth. Location is so convenient, air controlled, and SUPER CLEAN! I’ve rented storage units all over the country being prior military, one of the best experiences, hands down🪄✨
