In fact, I’ve seen more bugs around my home than I have in the 10 years I lived here while using another pest control company. I was hopeful that things would remain the same—essentially pest-free—and was also looking forward to the added benefit of having the ant piles removed. I was specifically told that your service would provide the same level of protection I had previously received, keeping bugs out of the house, while also improving upon it by addressing the ant piles. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience so far. Embarrassed to share this photo but this is what I found this morning. My home is very clean, there shouldn’t be roaches on my couch.

I had to call them back multiple times outside the normal service window and the increased service still didn't work on my pest problem. After a year I finally cancelled my service, which they said they did, only to find continued charges at 60% of the normal monthly rate. Thankfully I caught it on the 2nd month after cancellation. I called them to confirm my cancellation, and it wasn't until I told them I was going to call the Better Business Bureau that they agreed to refund me the extra charges and actually cancel my service.

The woman on the phone was extremely rude and unhelpful to my husband. We cancelled the service and were not informed of a supposed "fee." The kid said we could cancel any time we wanted but conveniently skipped over that fact. What did we decide in the mail today? A bill that we will not be paying. Go ahead and send it to collections. This is a dishonest company.
