  A salesman came to my door offering free service since they already sold two houses in the neighborhood. I said “sure! You can do the front yard please since I have grass and fruit trees in the backyard” Fast forward to the day they’re supposed to come over. The spray guy texting me he’s on the way so i replied making sure he’s not doing the back yard. I get home and I find this guy in the backyard. I told the spray guy just the front yard and confirmed that it would be free. Turns out the whole “free spray” is just a gimmick so they can come to your house and upsell you.

  We tried calling to cancel the first initial service just for them to try and talk us into rescheduling in which we didn’t want eventually we ended the call. A little later they called back saying they’re on their way and we have to tell them no and that we weren’t home at the moment and they even sent emails trying to guilt trip us into doing the service. Then a few hours later around 8pm they showed up to our house and kept calling, we told them we weren’t home and that we canceled the service, they then proceeded to stay at the house and spam call us. The next day they showed up while I was home alone and invited themselves into my backyard WITHOUT PERMISSION! This is truly a horrible experience and very pushy people, in whose right mind would think it’s okay to enter someone’s closed off backyard without permission or knowledge?!

  Not liking this service at all. Agreed to service and I was told someone would go the following day after I signed the contract. Someone ended up randomly when I was not home and did the outside and did not spray inside. I rescheduled and no one showed up on the scheduled date. I called the customer support and it gave me an automated message that my appointment was rescheduled to a random day. Very unhappy. 200 dollar cancelation is criminal. I should have known better.

  The only good thing about this company is Vanessa. Everything else, not so much. I never even received the contract when I signed but. The sales guy told me to just say I did and it'll probably show up later. That was in August and it's now April. Like with others, they would just throw me on the schedule whenever without reaching out to me first to see if it worked. It usually didn't. I also paid for a few months and never received and service. I tried signing up for an account, but was told my email couldn't be recognized. Even though it's the same one I used when I was first sold the service. I reached out via the "contact us" on their website in December and never heard from them. I even responded to something I received in the mail explaining everything and included my email. Since I can't have my phone at work, email is the best way to contact me. Never heard from them. I'm very disappointed and wish I could cancel everything.

Thank you for taking care of our yard sitting down watching you spray from the inside out showed me that you cared enough by paying extra attention around areas that truly could be bug ridden, and I say, good riddance to the bugs, I truly appreciate the fact that you reminded me of our pets as you showed concern. For their safety? By giving me a heads up\n I apologize for the delay. It took me to answer the door upon your arrival. I do, however, appreciate your patience and allowing me to Meet you at the door at my own ability.\n I want you to know that you definitely get 10 out of 10 stars. I again observed everything that you did. The amount of time that it took you to do the job was done in a decent amount of time. You did not lag about , as you conducted yourself with professionalism. You took your time as many would do in today's economy by providing excellent work ethics and great morals You truly are a man of great integrity for the organization , (Aptive) ; for whom you work for. And your mannerism was spot on again. Thank you for being patient and having enough empathy to understand my medical situation.
