No appointments were scheduled for 7 months, though they continue to bill each month. When I complained, an appointment was scheduled, but no one showed up. Another appointment was scheduled, a technician contacted me at the end of the day to ask if anyone had been by. He did come, but said he was not scheduled to do so.
I don't see any significant results from the treatments, but the technicians are usually polite.

I don’t recommend anyone to use this company!! I used preventative pest control for 8 years and never have issues ever and I made a mistake and I signed a contract with aptive and two months after the service I called them and scheduled an appointment for them to come and spray around the house and they they scheduled me for Thursday between 8am and 5pm and and no one showed up until 6:20pm I got a message saying he should be arriving in about 40 minutes, so i text him back and told him no one is home at this time because the appointment was scheduled between 8-5 and it’s 6:20 than he said we can schedule it for tomorrow and I asked what time and he said anytime so I give them another chance and schedule it for the next day between 10-12
And no one showed up again!!
So when I called customer service to cancel the contract for no show twice they said you weren’t scheduled for the next day and that the technician can’t schedule customers I told them that’s not right because I have the text messages from him! and they want to charge me $269 for canceling my contract. So I had to call my bank and dispute the payment. (( so stay away!! ))

We signed with this company almost a year ago after being assured they would provide monthly pest control service and spray our entire half-acre property. Unfortunately, that is not what we received.
The first technician who came out told us he couldn’t spray the entire property because it was too large, despite that being exactly what we were promised when we signed the contract. We continued finding dozens of scorpions, including inside our home, and many weren’t even dying after treatment.
After that initial visit, we never saw another technician. The only communication we received was a text today saying they were coming out. There was no phone call, email, or attempt to coordinate a time or confirm they could access the entire property, especially considering we have dogs.
To make matters worse, the technician informed us that our service was actually quarterly, not monthly as the salesperson had promised. My husband called immediately to cancel because that was not the service we agreed to purchase.
Now, 8 to 12 months later, we’ve discovered we’ve been paying nearly $100 a month for essentially nothing. When we called to request a refund and verify that the cancellation had actually been processed due to the misleading sales practices and failure to provide the contracted service, we were simply told to call back later.
It makes no sense to pay $100 every month for quarterly service. We now use another company that charges $100–$120 per visit every quarter, treats our entire property, includes weed control, and actually gets the job done.
Very disappointed with the misleading sales practices, poor communication, and lack of follow-through.

We signed with them almost a year ago we had a rep come out and spray. Still had scorpions by the dozen and they were not dying inside of the house. The rep let us know our half an acre could not be sprayed completely because it was too much despite being told otherwise while signing. We have yet to see them again, except for today when we received a notice by text they were coming. Not one phone call, email, or text to coordinate a time nor confirmation they would be allowed access to the entire property due to my dogs. We were also told our “monthly” service was in fact not true contradicting the sales person assuring us it was. My husband called to cancel right after because that was in fact not what we were wanting nor sold. It has been about 8months to a year now and come to find out we have been paying for quite literally nothing. Called to get that reimbursed and ensure cancellation was actually made due to the deceitful selling practices and lack of their own abiding to said contract only to be told to call back later. Why would I pay 100 dollars a month for “quarterly” per the rep who came to spray? I get quarterly service now for 100-120 dollars per service that covers all of my property plus the weeds and works.

A guy came to my door one day to sell me pest control service. I declined at the time due to financial issues and had no issues. He was friendly and kind. He came back to my door in the afternoon and said that his boss had offered one free treatment for a couple homes because of how many they had sold that day. I said ok. Went though the processes and I had no issues. They put it on the company card and told me that i would need to cancel it after the treatment was recieved. I went and submitted the signed cancelation paperwork as directed to the email. i got an email back saying the email i sent to was not monitored and then i kept getting emails stating that the company card kept getting declined for charges. I attempted to call, then was transfered for a long amount of time which i could not stay on the phone so i let it go. I found out this morning that they were scheduling another treatment and I dont want services i was not promised or did not pay for. I tried to get in touch with customer support to cancel everything and now they are telling me that i have to for having it canceled. I had no issues with the sales man that came to my door but the customer service after wards is complete junk and if you need anything, expect to have a few teeth pulled with out anesthetic before anything gets done.

Why am I still seeing pests after my first treatment?
If you are seeing pests right after your treatment, odds are you are witnessing them flee your property, which typically means the treatment is effective. If after a week you are still seeing pests, give us a call and our service professional will gladly return to treat your home at no additional cost.
How much does professional pest control cost?
Our professional pest control plans start as low as $49 to $55 per month for our Basic plan, depending on your location. We offer three primary tiers—Basic, Pro, and Premium—designed to fit different levels of protection needs and budgets.
Do you offer same-day pest control services?
Yes, depending on current technician availability. If you call before noon, we can often provide same-day service for urgent pest issues.
How soon can a technician come out for an emergency?
We strive for 24 to 48-hour response times. For emergencies like a yellow jacket nest or indoor roach sightings, we prioritize your call in our daily schedule.
Do you spray both the inside and outside of the house?
Yes, standard service covers both. We focus on the exterior to stop pests at the source and treat the interior (baseboards/under sinks) to eliminate any that have already entered.
What areas are included in a "perimeter" treatment?
A perimeter treatment covers 3 feet up the foundation and 3 feet out into the yard. We also treat windowsills, door frames, and eaves.
How do I get rid of an ant infestation in my kitchen?
To stop ants, we use "transferable" baits. Workers carry the bait back to the queen, killing the entire colony rather than just the ants you see on the counter.
What is the best treatment for German cockroaches?
German roaches require a combination of baiting, insect growth regulators (IGRs), and sanitation. They are resilient, so 2–3 follow-up visits are often required for total elimination.
Is pest control safe for children and infants?
Yes, we prioritize family-safe applications. By focusing on the exterior and using low-toxicity indoor treatments, we minimize exposure. We recommend keeping children out of treated areas for 30–60 minutes until dry.
What is your "Pest-Free Guarantee"?
Our guarantee means if the pests return between scheduled visits, we return for free. We stay until the problem is solved.
Do you offer free re-treatments?
Yes, all of our recurring plans include unlimited free re-treatments for covered pests.
Why am I still seeing bugs after my first service?
This is the "flush out" period. The treatment is driving pests out of their hiding spots. They will die off shortly after coming into contact with the product.
Why is the pest problem getting worse?
This usually happens with ants and roaches as they are attracted to our baits. This "surge" is a sign that the colony is actively feeding on the treatment.
How can I tell if a treatment was successful?
Success is measured by a steady decrease in sightings and finding dead insects rather than live ones.
Do you guarantee 100% elimination?
We guarantee to control and manage populations to the point where they do not infest your living space. No one can stop every single bug from ever entering, but we ensure they don't stay.
