  Office was informative on the procedure they start cutting sod 9:30am take their lunch at 12pm-1pm. Arrived at 9:45am left at 11:45am. We were second in line ordered 3 pallets for our backyard, yesterday. Really appreciate how they cut sod after you purchase, FRESH! Working farm so didn’t mind the wait. We installed sod within hours after purchasing. Great customer service, price, quality. Very pleased. Saved $600 Thank you Stonegate TurfGrass Ranch!

  Spoke with a lady over the phone days prior to picking up our sod to see if we could get it precut so it was ready when we showed up but unfortunately they do not do that and we were reassured it would only be a 15-20 minute wait while there. I ended up going around 11am on a Monday and when I arrived no other customers were there, one guy working the front helped me out and was very friendly and got my invoice completed and paid. Well then things took a turn as I ended up waiting a total of 2 hours from time of arrival to the time I left with about 80% of that time being spent sitting in my truck in the front. We purchased roughly 600 sqft so nothing crazy and the main guy who helped me was apologetic and very kind but the wait was very inconvenient given it ended up being well over the 20 minute quoted time. I understand workers can only do so much, especially when it got busier while I was there and only two guys appeared to be working but I truly wish there was a better process so things could have been precut upon arrival or even a more realistic time frame as I was coming from Rio Rancho and had hired help waiting for me to arrive back home to assist with install and what should have been a couple hours of my day ended up taking double that and money was wasted paying for workers to sit around until I showed up much later then expected.

  Horrible customer service. Called to get answers about ordering sod and the guy just seemed bothered that I was taking up his time.
