I can’t believe I made an order for a plant to be delivered that has never been received.
Lowe’s was unable to provide me with any kind of refund and couldn’t even help
in tracking the order that was supposed to have been delivered.

This isn't the Lowe's of 10 years ago.
Zero customer service!
No one available to answer any questions or help in the electrical department in particular. I didn't see any employees available anywhere other than the one at returns or the one at the self checkout area.
Zero cashiers. Self checkout only. Unlike a decade ago, customer service is the last priority! I think from now on, I'll spend an extra buck or two at Ace or True Value where I can get some assistance and not a grossly underwhelming customer service.
