Every time I go to Lowe's I'm pleasantly surprised I had a guy come and help me today he came up and asked me if I needed any help this timing was perfect , most of the time you have to wait and look for somebody. and get agitated trying to find and wait for them to get there. this guy Wes was outstanding him and Marianne. Marianne from New Zealand they were just as pleasant as could be like I had went over there to visit them at their house. Both of these employees deserve some type of recognition besides getting paid if it wasn't like people like Wes and Marianne you wouldn't have the client base that you do have they are the first line of offense you have when you have a store like that without good help you don't have good customers.

Horrible experience, ZERO preparation or communication with the third party delivery companies & drivers they work with. Two missed delivery commitments. We arranged for people to be at our house for the 12 hour delivery windows they provide. We spent a cumulative 3+ hours waiting on hold throughout this process.(Monday and Wednesday) Then we were hung up on when tried to process our refund, after we gave up (after 1hr+ on hold). Tried to call back and was told by customer service rep that store manager was gone and all other managers were on lunch. (We were told this twice on both Monday & Wednesday). When I asked when the manager would be back she replied with “Im not sure. I’m not privy to his schedule” She also told me there were NO managers on the floor during open hours??..Had no other choice but to go down in person to process refund, and then waited for another hour in person for them to be able to cancel an online order. Passed blame to El Paso store because that’s where our order was coming from, couldn’t communicate with the other store to get them to cancel it. (El Paso store had Las Cruces store on hold for 45 min). Overall poorly run, no communication between stores and delivery companies. Then the cherry on top was the extremely rude customer service rep to really push us to the point of calling corporate and also leaving a bad review. If it wasn’t for that we would’ve quietly accepted the refund and just purchased elsewhere. Just goes to show how big of a difference one employee can make to push a bad situation to WAY worse.

Very rude lady watching registers. Tried everything in her power not to help me. I signed online for military discount and at checkout it wasn't applied. When I told her that she told me to redo everything online. Home Depot has a much better system, home depot is cheaper and staff always ready to help. Never going back again.

I don't think we can confidently purchase appliances from Lowe's Las Cruces again. We bought a dishwasher in store and paid for delivery. Ten days later I learn that it was charged as carry out so I return to the store to have them return the original order, charge me again for another dishwasher. The dishwasher doesn't work, so I call to have it exchanged. I pay again for delivery and install, and then they show up with the new dishwasher before the old one is out. Now they want to charge us for haul away, with the old dishwasher now sitting on our front porch, and it isnt clear when they're coming because they didn't realize the old one needed to be taken. We now have paid for two dishwashers and they won't refund the original defective one until they get it in the store which they're now charging us to do even though it was an exchange. I am so tired of dealing with this store and am so frustrated. Also they always treat us like it's our problem when it is totally their system doesn't work.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
