  Tired of buying highly-rated pillows online and finding them uncomfortable, I went to Denver Mattress Co. hoping to try some out in person. What struck me is that this is a mattress store — pillows are a small-ticket item compared to what they primarily sell — yet I was treated with the same respect and care I'd expect from a big-ticket purchase. I was helped by Tristan Olivas, who was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive, even though I was there for something so much smaller than a mattress. I ended up going home with a pillow completely different from what I thought I needed, and based on how my neck feels today, it was the right call. Yes, these pillows cost more than what you'd find at an ordinary department store, but they're worth it for anyone with neck or shoulder pain — especially with someone experienced checking your alignment as you try each one.

  First, we did purchase a mattress. But I do not like being approached before I've gotten into the store. I am only reviewing the experience, not the product because it hasn't been delivered. After we decided to purchase the salesperson started entering the items. He had told us about the 365 warranty, but failed to mention the additional cost of purchasing a mattress protector that we are required to use in order not to void the warranty for return. That was an additional $80. Then he tried to sell us additional pillows as well as pillowcases. I do not care how long he'd worked there, but I don't like that approach.

  Only needed a box spring. Had already purchased a bed frame and other stuff from Furniture Row so it was a quick walk to the other side of the store. We were introduced to the manager and he quickly took care of our purchase. Great job!!!
