  Purchased two sliding door and one French door. The initial purchase was great Chuck really did a great job. How Lowe’s recommended installer install the windows Will also did a great job with the initial install. However the screens for the French doors were missing the rails the screens slide in and the screens for the sliders were not delivered. (Showed up weeks later) The installer was supposed to reach out to Lowe’s, he didn’t I had to follow up with Lowe’s ( actually had to post a note on their computer to call me because we could not find anyone. Finally they reached out I explained that the parts were not delivered and they need to reach out to the installer to find out what was missing. I say that to say this, still have not heard from Lowe’s (left another note on the computer) or the installer and I still don’t have screens installed it’s been five weeks. If you’re looking for windows installed go to Home Depot. Debating on a dispute with VISA because both parties are not communicating with me at this point.

  If I could leave zero stars, I would. We drove 2 hours to this location to buy a washer and a dryer. It said there were three of each in stock. When we got to the store, the original person to help us said that they only had the dryer. We expressed our disappointment and we were fully prepared to have the washer delivered to our house. When we got to the register, the person offered to have someone else go look for it. We spent 45 minutes waiting for three different people to look for the washer. Finally, a manager was called up in hopes that we could maybe get the display model, which we weren't even really interested in but was suggested by the people at the register. We didn't want to have to pay a forty dollar delivery fee to get the washer delivered to our house, which is what we were told it would cost after waiting for an hour. Finally, the manager says that it is odd that they have that many washers missing. She then went and looked. She came back twenty minutes later and says that she'd found one.We go outside to wait for the washer and dryer to be loaded onto our truck, an hour goes by and d I finally go back into the store.I am told even after we paid for both the washer and dryer. That they didn't know that we wanted both the washer and dryer. The washer had been sitting there for lord knows how long, and nobody even attempted to load that up. Another twenty minutes goes by, and they finally come out with both the washer and dryer and come out and load it. We spent 3 hours at Lowe's today, trying to buy $1600 worth of appliances. It seemed like nobody knew what they were doing.It seemed like nobody knew where anything was.And it seemed like nobody could communicate with anyone else. Maybe the manager was a little confused because she was only brought in to find a washing machine. But the person who sold us both, whose sole job is to let a people know to go get the appliances that customers just bought and paid for did not do her job. The fact that it took five people to find a washing machine in a very small lowes, seems pretty ridiculous.

  Being a truck driver yall really need to communicate on if your gonna allpw.us over night parking or not anymore im still pretty new and this is my second time delivering here. And its the second time I didnt get to sleep till almost midnight and had someone banging on my door at 5am to move the truck forward. But I parked exactly where I was told both times but this time came in the truck entrance for the back almost didnt make the turn cause of a pallet and there was a forklift parked in my way so I had to park the way I did but doesnt mean I need someone banging on my door at 5 am after a few hours of sleep. Cause the employees get more rest than I do. Sorry but thats the truth cause its not like I have much of a choice on where to park and I do try and be out of the way the best I can so im respectful to be out of the way

  ZERO STARS. Horrible shopping experience. Absolutely no help was offered by any of the associates. Customer service sucked! We waited 45 mins for someone to help us get our item off the top shelf. Mind it was going to be a shower surround. We waited, walked to the front multiple times and the associates were not busy and ignored us. no assistance was offered and multiple associates stood around watching. Will never shop here again... I make a 3 hour trip the opposite direction to buy my materials from now on

  Do not forget your credit card! I’ve been shopping here 8+ years & never had a problem with cashiers. I had my id but not Lowe’s card - asked for help & cashier w/mask on? Couldn’t help & walked away. Had to ask for manager $ waited 15+ minutes. Went back to cashier & she pointed out mgr Rena? Ask her if she can help & was told no, asked for a customer service # & told no - so left cart with $125 mdse & left to Home Depot. There I was greeted asked if needed help looking & they looked up my account & verified my id. So 6/21/26 I will call credit card company & close my account & shop only & Home Depot, Ace or Harbor Freight.
