First of all their koala tools don’t really have a life time warranty like they say. If you loose one piece of a set of hand tools then they won’t warranty the rest of hand tools so if you loose one socket. You have no warranty. Shop at Home Depot or harbor freight they back their stuff

Every time I go in to get something, the app is constantly lying. It always shows the wrong place and the employees are about as helpful as a water balloon. The never look for the right spot or even check if it's in stock. If it's not where the app says than good luck. Such a dump, I'm so sick of this store and the lazy employees.

Going to get 16 1/4 ×2 1/2 at 25 cent each and 2 bags 1/4 nuts .Self checkout stops me, "lady worker" she does nothing but stand around. count the bolts and then checked the top of the bolts recount them after i counted them then do all this I just left.I went to Amazon and saved money.Thanks for making my decision.I will never be back and I am going to tell my mom to pull her account from your guy's store..NOTHING BUT TRASH.

I shopped here a few days ago. I was looking for a vinyl repair kit or something of the sort (Honestly, i hardly had any idea what I was looking for.) I only remembered one type of repair stuff that my mom's husband who does flooring had used.
I was a little lost, not at all sure where to even look till I came across Dave who works there. He was so friendly and eager to help! He was even patient while I struggled to articulate what I was looking for. He made a suggestion that I did't even know about cause I know jack about this stuff. What he suggested, though, looks like it should work just fine. Though, he did still mention that if it doesn't happen to be what I need, that there is someone else I can ask for specifically if we need to come back!
I really appreciated his assistance and happiness to help even though, he too, wasn't quite sure what I needed but he gladly helped try to figure it out together!
We need more friendly, happy-to-help people like Dave out there!

Dear Lowes management.. your family restroom should not be frequented by your staff. Especially when a family needs it and it takes 15 minutes for a Lowe's employee to come out. Then when you enter there is fecal matter on the toilet seat. Your customers with children deserve better commodities than that. Especially when your staff is making the family restroom disgusting. Maybe your staff can use the regular restrooms and not make them disgusting.
