  Still no joy. Over 6 weeks past the dishwasher first leaking. Had to threaten litigation to even get a call back back. They are still stalling. Assurant, Inc. is the partner that handles protection plans, extended warranties and support services for Lowe's Companies, Inc. they are deep in the middle of this. Lowes Store #0397 Major Dishwasher Install Problem & Lack of Warranty Service Lowe's Companies, Inc. As of this date and time the problem has not been addressed,  To my or my wife's satisfaction. -An extended warranty on an appliance is insurance, if there is a problem it should be repaired or replaced within the warranty period. Timeline: -Bosch Dishwasher leaked after about 4 years, still fully under 5 year warranty. -Appliance Repair Person could not remove dishwasher said it was our problem to remove it. We had originally paid to have Lowe's own installers do the install. -An email back to us from Lowes said our dishwasher was "Improperly installed". -Attempt to return Dishwasher was declined even though improper installation from day one. -So far we had to order a new dishwasher with install cost and a new warranty. -$1200.00 Bill for dishwasher removal after floor demolition and floor repair on ceramic tile. -I will not go into other damage issues here. -Ted Aschenbrenner Manassas Virginia 20109 Keywords Below are appliances products names or contractor terms etc. that could be relevant in doing due diligence on purchasing.   Multiple issues with this store. Currently I ordered pvc pipe and fittings online. App said it would be ready for pickup in three hours. Three days later still not ready for pickup. I tried going to the store to grab it myself and there is no pipe stocked. No one I spoke with could help me. I called and they couldn’t give me an answer of where the pipe was or if it will be available anytime soon. I live close and I will start driving the extra 10 minutes just to go to Home Depot to avoid this store.

  Don’t order for pick up at Lowe’s Farmington!!! Something as simple as assembling a wheel barrow is a difficult two day task for this crew. It’s sad to see where common sense goes to die.

  Six hours after placing a relatively small pick-up order, I called to ask why it was taking so long. Got a serving of attitude. I was told that pickup was, like, super busy. And maybe it would be ready in another hour. So I canceled the whole thing, found a better price for stuff at Sams Club, and I was happy to have only wasted one day waiting around for the toxic ex behavior that epitomizes Lowe’s.
