Yet again, Espanola Lowes disappoints. We received a dryer, and it quit before the 48 hours was up. They could not get us a new dryer before the 4th, (today is the 22nd) and couldn't pick up the broken one either. We drove down, and waited over 20 minutes for someone to unload the dryer. In the meantime, I went to look at what they had to replace that I could take home today. There were 2 gentleman waiting before me. No one was at the desk. I waited, and finally someone came to help the first gentleman. After he was finished, he helped a woman who has just entered the section, ignoring me and the other customer. Finally another person came to help, and we let him know the other person was first. We continued to wait. When the guy who let the lady jump the line finally returned, he went and helped his friends and ignored us. After an hour and no service, we left, and will not be purchasing a replacement from Lowes.

Went to buy patio furniture the ypung guy helping me said 3 sets in stock and couldn't locate them, and some rude rude worker man lady came by and took his forlift offered no help.. so I went to Home Depot in santa fe and got great service and a excellent patio set.

Espanola Lowe's has very lazy people who supposedly work there. Very poor customer service. They see you coming and turn the other way. Workers were sitting around on their phones instead of helping customers. The homeless outside work harder then your payed employees. No workers around to help elders load, so we helped instead of your so called employees. Customers helping customers instead of payed employees earning their check.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
