Ordered a gas stove, was told it was in stock ( it was checked with the associate) . We were contacted and told it wasn't in stock. Waited for a full refund, then ordered a different one. Found out today that it came in 7 days ago and were waiting for us to pick it up. They were supposed to call and set up a delivery and install date. Then was told it will get delivered and installed at the installers convenience. Wow. Just wow. What a run around.

Purchased a washer for my mother only 8 months ago with a 3 year warranty . Upon delivery they delivered the wrong washer . My husband calls Lowe’s to let them know . The washer they delivered was really nice . We called and spoke to a manager named Mark. We asked if it was possible to keep the washer and price match it or pay the difference. He was able to help with the swap, HOWEVER here we are less than a year later in a nightmare! When Mark did the swap he failed to update the warranty paper work and we have a broken washer . If it is less than a year old it should still be in warranty but the store is giving us the run around and will not update our paper work and the manufacture can’t do anything for us unless they do … bad customer service on Lowe’s Clovis end , basically just ignoring their errors. Do not buy any appliances here nor pleased with the customer service at all . Basically ripped off after purchasing a washer and warranty in less than a year.
*Updating my review because I have had no help still ! Lowe’s responded under my comment with a 1800 number I called and it is all automated. The store will not call me back even after speaking to 2 different managers they said they would it’s been 2 days . I need help and answers
*Last update finally someone got around to calling back from the store , got the situation taken care of and the employee was able to make things right . The staff was only able to help after calling the store 4 times and getting the run around .. they were so quick to not listen to my issue and have me go in circles , but They you Lowe’s ,for finally making things right !

Online ordering is definitely not the way to go. They take forever to have your stuff ready and wait till last minute to tell you something is out of stock. Made a big order and it’s delayed and trying to get ahold of customer service is a nightmare. The guys that loaded it were great. Only issue I’m still dealing with is only half my order was available for pickup. Not a huge deal but still an inconvenience due to plans to use everything over the weekend.
I originally left a 2 star review. Changed it due to the friendliness of the guys loading it. Definitely not using online next time. Just gonna shop instore.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
