I want to be clear that this review is not about the Lowe's employees. My frustration is with the GE washer and the warranty experience that followed.
We purchased the GE Profile Model PFW870SPV0RS from Lowe's expecting a reliable, premium appliance. Instead, we have dealt with problems since the beginning. The washer is extremely loud, shakes excessively, sometimes will not drain, leaves clothes soaking wet, and often requires us to rewash loads because they come out with unpleasant odors, detergent residue, and bleach stains.
It has damaged our towels, pillowcases, my husband's T-shirts, my white spa robe, and even my brand-new Wayfair sheets that I purchased for content creation. We have also spent additional money on detergent, higher water and electricity bills, and replacing damaged household items.
Lowe's directed us to GE for warranty service, but after nearly a year of multiple repair visits, waiting on parts, numerous case numbers, and no permanent resolution, I had hoped for more support with such a significant purchase. This has cost my family time, money, and a great deal of frustration.
If you are considering the GE Profile PFW870SPV0RS, I encourage you to thoroughly research both the product and the warranty process before making your decision.

Tried to buy a piece of yard equipment that was supposed to be on sale, but rang up full price. Of course self checkout is a nightmare when it comes to getting help. The gentleman on duty called twice for assistance and no one came. My husband tried to get someone and was told they’d be right there. After over 20 minutes, no one came . We just told the gentleman who tried to get us assistance we’d just leave. Thankfully, we hadn’t tried to pay for anything, so we could just leave our basket full of items to be put back on shelf.
