  I am from out of town and needed a storage unit to store some things I had left behind in Albuquerque. I can honestly say I had a great experience here. I never had any problems with the storage unit, and anytime something came up or I had questions, they were always willing to work with me and help. Their understanding, patience, and customer service really made things easier, especially trying to handle everything from out of town. I truly appreciate their kindness and professionalism. If I ever needed storage again, I would definitely come back here and would recommend them to others.

  I had an absolutely horrific experience with this storage facility. My unit was broken into, and all of my belongings were stolen in broad daylight. The facility has a gated entrance and a personal code for each customer, which should trigger an alarm if someone tries to open the unit without the proper access. The problem is, the thief never used my code to get in, and despite that, the alarm never went off. This means they have a major issue with their alarm system. When I went to the manager for help, she and her husband were aggressive toward me—they refused to assist and even tried to fight me. I was the victim, and yet I’m being treated like the problem. This place is completely unreliable—no safety, no accountability. If I could give zero stars, I would. Stay far, far away

  100% recommend this place if you need a place to store your belongings very clean and safe. Randi is very nice and very helpful thanks for everything. If I need to storage space again I’ll definitely be back here.

  Good place, reasonable prices but we should be allowed to access our unit 7 days a week. The last place I used in the East Mountains the office was accessible Monday - Friday but your unit was accessible 6a-9p 365 days a year. Given Sunday is my only day off right now, it's making moving a challenge.
