  Tai is AMAZING! he is incredibly knowledgeable and so kind. i really appreciated the educational aspect that he provided throughout my experience to find the RIGHT mattress and the BEST pillow. i’m so grateful, learned so much about my pressure points and sleeping habits, and super excited to finally have my beauty sleep!!

  My experience with Snooze Mattress Albuquerque was the best mattress purchase ever! The manager, Tai Otani, went above and beyond in helping us personalize our mattress choice. The digital mapping of our pressure points was spot on, narrowing the choice down to the Helix Midnight Luxe, which I had already heard great reviews on. Tai's customer service and follow-up was exceptional all the way to delivery day! He sent Mike Silkworth and another assistant to deliver and set up, and they were top tier in customer service. They spent extra time putting together a new bed frame for me, and Mike even came back a week later to help make adjustments to the bed frame. These are the nicest and most professional folks you can deal with. A big plus....I love the mattress choice. I had injured my back recently and this new bed has helped tremendously. I can now "snooze" easy!

  I had an amazing experience at Snooze Mattress from beginning to end. Tai made the entire process incredibly easy and stress-free. He took the time to explain the differences between the mattresses without any pressure, and genuinely cared about helping me find the right fit rather than just making a sale. His knowledge, patience, and professionalism really stood out, and I never felt rushed or pushed into a decision. Customer service like this is hard to find these days. If you’re looking for a new mattress, I highly recommend Snooze Mattress, and if you have the chance, ask for Tai. He made the entire experience exceptional!

  We had to scramble to find a suitable mattress for the guest bed as my mom started hospice and we kids would need a place to sleep. Ty at the store was great - helped my sister pick out a good firm mattress at a good price for short term use. Unlike some of the other mattres stores, Snooze had the mattress in stock AND could deliver the next day. Emiliano was great to update me in the morning of the arrival time. They were right on time. Mike and Emiliano were very respectful of noise for my mom's sake and were quick and efficient to take away the old mattress and bring in the new one. Just a great customer experience and the whole team should be commended for being so helpful to such an immediate needs such as ours. AND it's locally owned and operated. Great job. .
