I bring my dogs here to walk around some other Lowes locations very early before it gets crowded, its one of the only places open before I head to work. Decided to stop by this one but there's a very mean cat that lives here now? Scratched at and hissed and chased myself and my dogs around the garden center. Absolutely ridiculous to have a feral animal in a supposedly pet friendly store with no signage of any kind indicating this. No thanks.

I had to make a return today. The young lady at the return desk simply would not acknowledge me. Very frustrating when the person your corporation entrusts and employs to give customer service fails in doing just that. Smile, acknowledge your customer, say hello- it costs nothing.... you can't train manners or give someone personality so customer service was zero here today

Can’t find an employee to help you anywhere. When you do find one they say I’ll call someone over which no one ever arrives. The few that are on the floor either tell you it’s not their department or my favorite “ it’s not my job and I’m only one guy”. If you’re so unhappy to work there just quit and go somewhere else, your bad day isn’t the customer fault, which also says a lot about the management and culture in this store.

Went buy blinds. Asked for help to cut as needed. Told it would be a few minutes as they were short staffed. Several minutes later, asked again. Should be soon. Third time. Asked and told they didn't have anyone that could cut blinds available. Wonder why brick and morter stores hurting... 2 stars because front end help very polite telling me I could not be helped.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
