Moe (manager) Joe (assistant manager) and I had an unpleasant and disheartening interaction. I was unaware that the 90 day policy did not apply to paint. I advised them due to a severe illness and incapacitation, we were unable to test paint until this week nor come in until today. I stated I had been fighting Drs and I dont want to be difficult but I am hoping for some relief from the $160 loss. Moe snapped back at me stating maybe I am the problem and should stop fighting( if I didn’t fight for my health, I’d probably not be here)… I stated I am asking they reconsider just for some assistance maybe not the full value of $160 I just lost. I stated I am a good customer that’s spent thousands of dollars with rare returns. They said everyone “always spends thousands of dollars when they need something” and they hear it every day, implying Lowe’s customers lie all the time. They stated although they CAN they will not make any accommodations. They referred me to customer service which in turn was able to assist with a discount on top of the military discount we receive. They rolled their eyes and walked away after escalating their voices at me in which my husband asked them not to speak to me like that.
I wasn’t asking for the world, I was just asking for help. Thank you Lowe’s customer service call center but be careful with these two MANAGERS as they made it clear they do not care and they believe their customers lie to get what they want. They said to try another store as they may be willing to help. I think we should all take their advice and just use another store in general, one that actually believes and cares for their customers and their military??

Just saw a worker hit an old lady with a cane, he hit her with one of those heavy carts and he yelled at her saying " I said move!" She had a cane and she said she just had knee surgery. The department manager did nothing when she reported it. I believe the person who hit her, his name was Tyrese.
They're also hiding the Halloween buckets, on the app it says they have 12 available and when you go in, the lady at customer service said they were stolen.

Poor selection. Hardly anything in store vs online, specifically induction cooktops. They're missing products in store that the website claims are in stock. Forklift and Flag guard pulled out in front of me and then continued to drive toward me forcing me to back up into the rows in order to leave. I found 3 of the 8 things I went in for.
