  These weirdos scolded and lectured me because I was picking up pool supplies for my MIL. I went in and explained that I’m picking up an order when they got mad at me, lmfao. I did not give them any hassle, nor say anything besides how I was there to pick up. As I get the products in hand, the guy stops me to full on scold me. He starts yelling at me saying this was an issue, and many other things I did not care to hear about, while the other lady stood there with him as he lectured me. I just kept saying “okay” over and over again until he was done ranting about other customers. It was weird behavior, and I most definitely did not care to hear any of it, as I was not even a customer. If you can’t pick up your order, don’t even think about purchasing from here because they definitely will not be happy, and they might even yell at whoever is innocently doing you a favor.

  From the moment George answered the phone before we even made the trip to Leslie’s on Ellison, the customer service was excellent. When we arrived, the store was busy, with each employee fully engaged in helping customers while also managing incoming phone calls. Despite how busy they were, no one seemed rushed or overlooked. Once Andrea became available, she took the time to walk us through exactly what we needed for our hot tub. She was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful, making the entire process easy and stress-free. A big thank you to George and Andrea for the outstanding service. You’ve definitely earned repeat customers!

  I have never experienced such a rude and unhelpful employee as I had today. I came to the store looking for a screw that needed to be replaced for a light in my pool and the employee was just so rude and unhelpful repeating to me over and over again that he doesn’t have any screws and he doesn’t know where I can get any screws for lights in a pool. The specific screw is something that’s carried on Leslie‘s website. George the employee just kept repeating as if I was being annoying or bothering him by asking if he had any recommendations of where I could find the part.

  The general manager of this location is the worst sales man I have ever interacted with. He was very rude. I asked a question about a pool vacuum and to learn more about the part. George just stared and said “yeah”. After a pause of silence from him, I asked if he was going to show me where it was then with a rude tone “sure.” After reading the reviews of this place it’s clear that they don’t value the customer, education or creating a life long client. I could have purchased all of this on Amazon, but chose to support this store. Don’t waste your time, Amazon is the move.
